For many years, through Educare Skill Academy , our career guidance initiatives, recruitment activities, job drives and the “How Can I Help U” YouTube platform, we have tried to stand beside students at different stages of their career journey.

During this journey, we have interacted with and supported a very large number of students and job seekers. We have seen talented young people struggle not because they lack ability, but because they often lack proper information, industry exposure, career guidance, relevant skills and direct access to employers.

This experience shaped the vision behind EDUCARE Engineering & Technologies Private Limited.

I wanted to create a professional organization capable of bridging the gap between students, job seekers, educational institutions and industry.

Our objective is to help talented young people, particularly students and job seekers from West Bengal, connect with suitable opportunities across manufacturing, engineering, automotive, electronics, IT, logistics, corporate and other growing industries.

We want recruitment to become more organized, transparent and accessible. Wherever possible within our recruitment model, we aim to reduce unnecessary barriers between deserving candidates and suitable employers.

But our responsibility does not end with recruitment.

The employment market is changing rapidly. Today, a degree alone may not always be enough. Employers increasingly look for candidates with practical skills, digital knowledge, communication ability, adaptability and technology awareness.

Artificial Intelligence is transforming almost every industry.

That is why one of our major goals is to make students more technology-oriented, skill-oriented and employment-ready.

Through EDUCARE, we want to create opportunities for students to learn practical skills in IT, Website Development, Digital Technologies, AI-enabled tools, professional communication, employability skills and real-world project work.

We want students to understand technology instead of being afraid of it. Our aim is to help them use AI and modern digital tools to improve their knowledge, productivity and career capabilities.

We are also working to create stronger connections between educational institutions and industry through internships, training programmes, skill-development initiatives, recruitment drives and workforce solutions.

For employers, our objective is equally clear — to provide access to suitable, skilled and motivated manpower while supporting organizations through recruitment, staffing, workforce consultancy and technology services.

I strongly believe that Bengal has enormous talent.

What many students need is the right guidance, the right exposure and the right opportunity.

Our journey has already taught us one important lesson: when students receive proper guidance, practical skills and genuine opportunities, their lives can change.
