A leading Engineering & Manufacturing Company is hiring B.Tech / B.E. Mechanical Engineering Freshers for a NATS Apprenticeship opportunity at its Taratala plant in Kolkata.
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹18,000 and gain practical industrial experience in mechanical engineering, production, maintenance and plant operations.
This opportunity is suitable for 2025 and 2026 pass-out Mechanical Engineering candidates looking to start their career with hands-on industrial training.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day mechanical engineering and plant operations.
- Assist production and maintenance teams with assigned activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist in inspection and monitoring of mechanical equipment.
- Maintain required work and production records.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members.
- Follow quality standards during apprenticeship training.
- Follow plant safety standards and procedures.
Eligibility & requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Male candidates only.
- Freshers only.
- Pass-out Year: 2025 or 2026.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Basic Mechanical Engineering knowledge required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment.
- Candidates should be willing to work in a plant environment.
- Updated CV required.
- Aadhaar Card required.
- PAN Card required.
- Educational documents required.
