Job description
A leading Precision Engineering & Manufacturing Company is hiring candidates for CNC Operator, VMC Operator, Quality and Production roles at its Bangalore location.
Candidates with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Fitter / Turner qualification can apply. Selected candidates can receive an in-hand salary of approximately ₹19,500–₹20,000 per month, with a monthly CTC of ₹22,500, along with applicable bonuses and long-term benefits.
Candidates should be comfortable working in 3 rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines according to production requirements.
- Operate VMC machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Perform production-related activities.
- Maintain required quality standards during production.
- Conduct basic inspection of manufactured components.
- Monitor machine operations during shifts.
- Identify basic production or quality issues.
- Follow supervisor and production team instructions.
- Handle tools, components and production materials properly.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines.
- Maintain discipline during all shifts.
Eligibility & requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering eligible.
- ITI Fitter candidates eligible.
- ITI Turner candidates eligible.
- Male candidates only.
- Candidates should have basic mechanical knowledge.
- Basic CNC / VMC knowledge preferred.
- Basic understanding of production processes required.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments preferred.
- Basic mechanical drawing understanding preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work in CNC, VMC, Quality or Production departments.

Shift Details:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
