A leading Automotive Transmission & Drivetrain Manufacturing Company is hiring Diploma Mechanical and BE Mechanical candidates for production and manufacturing roles at its Pune location.
Selected candidates will work in production, assembly, machining and related manufacturing operations. Candidates will receive a monthly stipend based on qualification along with applicable DBT benefits.
The company also provides free canteen and free bus facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production and manufacturing operations.
- Operate machines and production equipment as assigned.
- Support assembly and machining activities.
- Follow required quality standards during production.
- Follow workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Coordinate with production team members.
- Support achievement of daily production targets.
- Handle production materials and components properly.
- Follow supervisor instructions and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility & requirements
- BE Mechanical Engineering candidates can apply.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering candidates can apply.
- Male candidates only.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic Mechanical Engineering knowledge required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes preferred.
- Machine operation and production awareness preferred.
- Candidates should have basic problem-solving ability.
- Good teamwork and communication skills preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work in an industrial environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Benefits
- BE Mechanical: ₹20,500 Stipend + ₹1,500 DBT = ₹22,000 Per Month.
- Diploma Mechanical: ₹18,300 Stipend + ₹1,500 DBT = ₹19,800 Per Month.
