A leading Hospital & Healthcare Organization is urgently hiring GDA / General Duty Assistant candidates for patient care roles in Kolkata.
This opportunity is available for female candidates only. Selected candidates will assist patients with daily activities, personal care, mobility, hygiene and other routine healthcare support activities.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 per month with a 12-hour duty schedule. A total of 10 vacancies are currently available.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities and personal care.
- Support patients with mobility and movement as required.
- Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.
- Assist nursing and healthcare staff in routine patient care activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas.
- Observe patients and report concerns to concerned healthcare staff.
- Follow hospital safety and hygiene procedures.
- Follow patient care guidelines and instructions.
- Provide respectful and compassionate support to patients.
- Coordinate with healthcare staff when required.
Eligibility & requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a patient care environment.
- Candidates must be willing to perform 12-hour duty shifts.
- Patient handling ability preferred.
