Job description
A leading Precision Engineering & Auto Components Company is hiring ITI, Diploma Mechanical and BE Mechanical candidates for its Talegaon, Pune location.
Selected candidates will work in production, machining, CNC, welding, fitting, quality and related manufacturing activities under the NAPS Apprenticeship Scheme.
Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply. Salary will be offered according to qualification and job profile.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production operations as per supervisor instructions.
- Operate CNC, lathe, drilling and other machining equipment as assigned.
- Perform welding, fitting, turning and machining-related activities where required.
- Maintain required product quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures during production.
- Perform basic inspection using measuring instruments.
- Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Gauges for basic measurements.
- Support daily production targets.
- Maintain required production documentation and records.
- Follow workplace safety rules and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams when required.
- Handle tools, machines and production materials properly.

- Candidates must be physically fit for manufacturing work.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to work under the NAPS scheme.
- Basic knowledge of production and quality processes preferred.
- Basic machine operating knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer and Height Gauge preferred.
- Mechanical drawing knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be disciplined and punctual.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.

- Diploma Mechanical: ₹23,125 Per Month.
