A leading Retail Pharmacy Chain is hiring Medicine Store Sales Executives for multiple locations across West Bengal.
Graduate candidates who passed out between 2022 and 2026 can apply for this opportunity under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
Selected candidates will work in retail pharmacy outlets, assisting customers, handling counter sales, maintaining product displays and supporting daily store operations. The monthly stipend is ₹12,500.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with medicine store products and general enquiries.
- Help customers locate required products inside the store.
- Handle counter sales and provide professional customer service.
- Maintain proper product arrangement and display.
- Check product availability and assist with stock-related activities.
- Support billing and daily store operations as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the assigned work area.
- Coordinate with store team members for smooth daily operations.
- Follow company procedures and customer service standards.
Eligibility & requirements
- Graduation required.
- Pass-out year should be between 2022 and 2026.
- Freshers only.
- Good customer service skills required.
- Basic communication skills required.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a retail store environment.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Duty hours: 9 to 10 hours per day.
