Job description
Recruitment is open for the position of Onboarding Executive in Kolkata. Candidates will be responsible for assisting new customers with document verification, KYC, account activation and the complete customer onboarding process.
This is a full-time, non-sales customer onboarding role with rotational shifts and 9 hours of duty. Both male and female graduate candidates are eligible to apply. Selected candidates will receive a monthly CTC of ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 along with performance-based incentives and other employment benefits.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers by verifying required documents.
- Assist customers with KYC and account activation processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Provide a positive and efficient onboarding experience.
- Verify customer information and documents accurately.
- Handle customer queries related to the onboarding process.
- Follow organizational procedures and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accuracy while processing customer information.
Eligibility & requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation Pass.
- Male and Female candidates are eligible.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Candidates should have good customer handling skills.
- Good attention to detail is required.
- Ability to handle document verification processes.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Duty Hours: 9 Hours.
