Job description
Recruitment is open for Production, Quality and Maintenance positions in Bengaluru. ITI, Diploma, B.Tech and B.E. candidates from all eligible trades and branches can apply.
Selected candidates will work in an on-site manufacturing environment involving production operations, quality checking, assembly and basic maintenance activities. The salary package includes basic salary, attendance bonus and night shift allowance. Overtime payment is also available separately.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment.
- Assist in assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain required quality standards during production.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
- Handle tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain discipline and productivity during assigned shifts.
Eligibility & requirements
- ITI candidates from all trades are eligible.
- Diploma candidates from all trades are eligible.
- B.Tech / B.E. candidates from all branches are eligible.
- Male candidates only.
- Age Limit: 18–32 Years.
- Candidates should be physically fit for factory work.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of electrical or production work preferred.
- Basic problem-solving ability required.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Work Mode: On-Site.
- Working Days: 25 Days Per Month.
- Total Vacancies: 15 Positions.
- 1st Shift: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM.
- 2nd Shift: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM.
Benefits
- Basic Salary: ₹18,000 Per Month.
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 Per Month.
- Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹1,200 Per Month.
- Total Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹20,200.
- Overtime: ₹160 Per Hour.
